उप्र मुख्यमंत्री ने पकड़ा डॉक्टर-कर्मचारियों की हाजिरी में फर्जीवाड़ा

लखनऊ। उप्र के मुख्यमंत्री बृजेश पाठक ने फर्रूखाबाद के डॉ. राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल के निरीक्षण के दौरान डॉक्टर-कर्मचारियों की हाजिरी में बड़ा फर्जीवाड़ा पकड़ा। एक डॉक्टर बिना बताए गायब हैं जबकि इमरजेंसी मेडिकल अफसर के हस्ताक्षर अस्पताल के सीएमएस द्वारा किए गए। एक कलम से बनाए गए हस्ताक्षर को उप मुख्यमंत्री ने पकड़ लिया। पूछताछ में अस्पताल के सीएमएस ने खुद इमरजेंसी मेडिकल अफसर की जगह दस्तखत करने की बात कुबूल की। इस पर उप मुख्यमंत्री ने कड़ी नाराजगी जाहिर की।
डॉ. राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल के निरीक्षण के दौरान उप मुख्यमंत्री ने डॉक्टर-कर्मचारियों की हाजिरी में गड़बड़ी पकड़ी। आगरा से करीब ढाई माह पहले एनस्थीसिया विशेषज्ञ ट्रांसफर होकर फर्रूखाबाद जिला अस्पताल आई। ढाई माह में महज 17 दिन ड्यूटी पर आईं। उप मुख्यमंत्री ने अस्पताल के सीएमएस डॉ. राजकुमार से डॉक्टर की अनुपस्थिति का कारण पूछा। इस पर डॉ. राजकुमार ने बताया कि डॉक्टर को नोटिस जारी कर दी गई है। जवाब संतोषजनक न होने पर उच्च अधिकारियों को कार्रवाई के लिए लिखा जाएगा। उप मुख्यमंत्री ने इमरजेंसी मेडिकल अफसर के हस्ताक्षर पर आपत्ति दर्ज कराई। कहा ऐसे लग रहा है कि हस्ताक्षर एक ही दिन एक ही कलम से बनाए गए हैं। सीएमएम ने बताया कि डॉक्टर रोज ड्यूटी कर रहे हैं। परन्तु हस्ताक्षर बनाने नहीं आते। उनके कहने पर यह दस्तखत हमने बनाए हैं। उप मुख्यमंत्री ने इसे बड़ा फर्जीवाड़ा बताया। उन्होंने बताया कि यह गंभीर मामला है।

Lucknow. UP Chief Minister Brijesh Pathak caught a big fraud in the attendance of doctors and employees during the inspection of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Farrukhabad. A doctor is missing without informing while the emergency medical officer’s signature was done by the CMS of the hospital. The signature made with a pen was captured by the Deputy Chief Minister. During interrogation, the CMS of the hospital himself admitted to signing instead of the Emergency Medical Officer. The Deputy Chief Minister expressed strong displeasure over this.
During the inspection of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, the Deputy Chief Minister caught a discrepancy in the attendance of doctors and staff. About two and a half months ago from Agra, the anesthesia specialist was transferred to Farrukhabad District Hospital. In two and a half months, only 17 days came on duty. The Deputy Chief Minister asked Dr. Rajkumar, the CMS of the hospital, the reason for the doctor’s absence. On this, Dr. Rajkumar told that a notice has been issued to the doctor. If the answer is not satisfactory, the higher authorities will be written for action. The Deputy Chief Minister lodged an objection on the signature of the Emergency Medical Officer. Said it seems that the signature was made on the same day with the same pen. CMM told that doctors are doing duty daily. But they don’t come to sign. We have made this signature on his request. The Deputy Chief Minister called it a big fraud. He said that this is a serious matter.
